Payment of delegate places - delegate access to the conference

• Payment must be received by ESN prior to the conference. ESN reserves the right to deny access to the conference to any delegate who has not paid their registration invoice before the start of the conference.
• If payment is made shortly before the conference, delegates are advised to bring evidence of this payment to the conference in case the payment has not yet been recorded by ESN.
• If registration occurs too close to the conference for payment to be made in advance by bank transfer, payment in cash on arrival at the conference may be accepted by special arrangement with ESN.

Cancellation of delegate and social companion registrations

• Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] on or before Friday 6 June 2014.
• There is no refund for cancellations that are not received in writing or for cancellations received after Friday 6 June 2014.
• If notification of cancellation is received after Friday 6 June 2014, a substitute delegate can be sent to the conference. Please contact [email protected] with substitute delegate details by Friday 27 June 2014.
• A 5% administration charge may be levied at the discretion of European Social Network for any cancellations received after an invoice has been issued.
• Registration as a delegate for this event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Please note that you must also personally cancel any hotel reservation you have made, independently of cancelling your delegate registration.

Privacy

• Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.
• European Social Network will retain each delegate's contact details in their database in order to send them information concerning the annual European Social Services Conference or other information concerning European social services.
• You will have the option to opt out of ESN communications at any point. Following the conference, ESN will remove any delegate details from its database on request.
• ESN will not at any time share this contact data with any third party.
• ESN usually takes photographs and video recordings during the conference for promotional purposes; by registering for the conference you are authorising ESN to use these pictures and videos for informational and promotional use. However, they will not at any time be distributed for use by any third party.
