Standard Delegate Fees: €695 (UK delegates: £625)

We are delighted to confirm the same delegate rate for the fourth consecutive year!

The delegate fee covers all plenary and workshop sessions across the 3 days of the conference 25-26-27 June 2012. It also includes daily refreshments, a sandwich lunch (Monday 25 June), a buffet lunch (Tuesday 26 June), a formal Reception (evening of Monday 25 June) and a Gala Dinner (evening of Tuesday 26 June).

The delegate fee does not include your hotel accommodation but special room rates have been negotiated for delegates at the conference hotel, the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel, as long as rooms remain available. See Accommodation page for details.

Social companions at conference evening events: €95 (UK companions: £89)

This fee provides a place for a social companion (e.g. husband, wife or partner) to attend both evening events of the conference - the Official Reception on Monday 25 June and the Gala Dinner on Tuesday 26 June.

There is a limit of one social companion per delegate.

Please note that a companion place offers no daytime access to the conference area, plenary or workshop sessions, lunch or refreshments.

Discounted fees for ESN member organisations

If your organisation is a member of the European Social Network you will receive 20% discount on your delegate fee, so the applicable delegate fee will be €556 (or for UK delegates £500).

Discounted fees for central and eastern European countries and neighbouring EU countries

Delegates from public bodies in the following countries will receive a 10% discount on the standard delegate fee, so the applicable fee will be €626.

If your organisation is also a member of ESN you may claim both discounts, totalling 30%, so the applicable fee is €487.
