Exhibition and partnership opportunities

We are delighted to offer a selection of both standard and tailored partnership opportunities at the conference to enhance the visibility of your organisation and to promote networking opportunities and future cooperation with decision makers from public authorities from over 30 countries in Europe.

Standard package 1

• Insertion of company literature/letter/branded gifts into the conference delegate packs
• Recognition of company support together with the company logo within the conference programme

Cost: €500 subject to minimum of one registered delegate and approval of material.

Standard package 2

• Display of corporate branding of your company indicating its support for the conference both on the conference website and in the conference programme
• 2 full delegate passes to the conference including evening events (Official Reception and Gala Dinner)

Cost: €2000

Standard package 3 (exhibitor package)

Whatever type of organisation you are, a full exhibition space provides a useful ‘meeting place’ to network over the 3 days of the conference.
The exhibition area is within the central conference area where delegates meet for coffee breaks and lunch.

The exhibitor package includes:

• 4m x 2m exhibitor space with electric power supply, table and 2 chairs
• 2 full delegate places, including Official Reception and Gala Dinner
• A description of your organisation in the delegate pack
• Description and hotlink to your website on our conference website

Cost: €3000
For ESN member organisations there is a discounted exhibition fee of €2700.

Standard Package 4

Comprises the exhibition package (3) plus the opportunity to organise a workshop together with additional guest delegate passes. (This will be available for 2012 but we are now fully booked for 2011 - price on application).
